We understand that for some flowers, it may be necessary for them to arrive in a bud form in order to stay at their freshest. This will also help your flowers last longer and give you the chance to witness their beauty as they bloom.

We take pride in making sure that each bouquet delivered looks just like the one you ordered. So, you can be sure that your flowers will look beautiful and last a long time.

Your forever roses are real roses, preserved at full bloom and set under a glass dome. They need no water and very little care. With the right spot, preserved roses can keep their colour and shape for many months, often much longer.

• Never add water. Do not water, spray or mist the roses. Moisture softens the petals and can leave marks, even inside the dome.
• Keep the dome closed. The glass dome protects the roses from dust and touch. Leave it in place and open it only when you really need to.
• Choose a shaded spot. Direct sunlight fades the colour over time. In Abu Dhabi and Dubai the sun is strong even through a window, so pick a spot away from it.
• Avoid heat and humidity. Keep the dome away from bathrooms, kitchens, AC vents, open windows and candles. A stable, air-conditioned room is ideal.
• Hold it by the base. Always carry the dome by its base, never by the glass. Avoid touching the petals, as fingers can bruise or crack them.
• Clean the glass gently. Wipe the outside of the dome with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. If you use glass cleaner, spray it on the cloth first, never near the roses.
• Dust with care. If dust reaches the roses, use a soft make-up brush or a hairdryer on its coolest, lowest setting, held well away from the petals.
• Keep the roses in place. Do not pull the roses from their base. They are fixed in position to keep their shape.

Good to know: Preserved roses are for indoor display only and are not edible. A few petals may soften or shed over time. This is normal for real preserved flowers.
