​Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement

​We do delivery only in  Abu Dhabi and shipping will be done by our delivery team.

Delivery charge will be 30 AED  throughout Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.

Refunds and the Cancellation policy

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

​Cancellation will only be accepted within 8 hours of the order place. And all cancellations should be communicated to our office landline 02-6411566 immediately. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

​No cancellation can be done once the order is Ready or delivered.
